Internet Explorer 4 for Windows

1. From the Desktop, Double Click on the Internet Explorer icon.

2. A page like below should open:

3. If you click on View, then Internet Options a screen like below should appear.

From here you can change different items related to Internet Explorer.  From the General tab you can change your Homepage, the amount of days of history to keep, and your temporary internet files settings.  The connection tab which is shown is set the way yours should be if connecting through a cable modem.  No other settings are required.  You should be able to surf.
